Home Stuttering Self-Evaluation (in session)

Fluency Self-Evaluation (within session)

Fluency self-evaluation (within session)

This is another quick-and-easy self-evaluation form for people who stutter.

Whereas the Self-Evaluation Form Fluency (SEFF) is designed to be completed following any speech-related task (perhaps one identified using the Goal Setting Form (Stuttering), this Fluency Self-Evaluation form is designed to be completed at the start and end of a speech therapy session. That is to say, it is designed to be used within the session.

As such, it provides a useful reference for guided discussion between speech therapist (speech-language pathologist) and client, focussing on helping the client to:

  1. develop greater insight into their speech performance
  2. better identify their concerns and anxieties
  3. determine what they can personally do to improve their speech performance
